Live the Adventure Retreat was born out of your hosts’ passion to see couples build stronger relationships by encouraging them to pursue Jesus together and to learn to enjoy adventuring together. The setting for this adventure is on the world famous Kenai River and you will be catered too with excellent food and accommodations. Besides the many opportunities listed below you are welcome to just relax and enjoy the river go by. You will also be enjoying time in the evenings with Chad as he shares with us some of his personal insights on doing life together and how God has transformed him. The venue accommodates roughly 15 couples so you will have plenty of opportunity to interact with Chad & Katrina, your hosts, and others joining you during this event. Chad Moore is Lead Pastor and Katrina is the Alpha and Prayer Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church in Gilbert, AZ., one of the largest and fastest growing churches in America. Chad and Katrina love the local church and are passionate about sharing the message of Christ both in the U.S. and around the world.
Chad and Katrina have been married for nearly twenty-four years. They are the proud parents of a young adult son and teenage son. They enjoy fishing, hiking, and long dinners.
